Belgian Double IPA

    Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Crushed Honey Malt
  • 6.6.lbs. Pilsen Light Malt Extract
  • 1 lb. Wheat DME
  • 1 lb. Corn Sugar
  • 1.5 oz Brewer’s Gold Hops (bittering)
  • 1 oz. Warrior Hops (bittering)
  • 1 oz. Saaz Hops (bittering)
  • 1 oz. Saaz Hops (flavor)
  • 1 oz. Cascade Hops (flavor)
  • 1 oz. Glacier Hops (aroma)
  • 1 oz. Cascade Hops leaves (dry)
  • Wyeast 1762 Belgian Abbey Yeast

OG: ~1.85 (damn!)

Primary Fermenter: 9/19
