Hard Orangeade

I’m sure I could come up with a better name, but that will have to suffice. I adapted the recipe I used for my last Hard Cider — but instead of using apple concentrate, I used orange concentrate, because orange is delicious.


    • 106 oz. of pure Orange concentrate (six 16 oz. cans and one 10 oz. can)
    • 20 oz. of pure Mango concentrate (two 10 oz. cans)
    • 2 pounds of sugar
    • White Wine Yeast

OG: ~1.52

FG: 1.02

Racked to Secondary Fermenter: 2/5
Bottled: 3/21
