Watermelon Hard Cider

    Ingredients:
  • 3.3.lbs. Sparkling Amber Malt Extract
  • 3.3.lbs. Munich Gold Malt Extract
  • 156oz. (13 cans) of Frozen Apple Concentrate (unpasteurized)
  • Wyeast 4632 Dry Mead Yeast
  • 3 pounds of fresh watermelon (chopped, added into the Secondary Fermenter)

OG: ~1.85 (damn!)

Primary Fermenter: 7/22
